Working with locals and seeing local life was very meaningful, as well as spending time with the group or time on my own to reflect, which was valuable. The food was good, there was enough, and Rocio made sure to accommodate different dietary restrictions. What I liked best was getting to know my team and learn about the Peruvian culture.
